1. Double check whether the camera is power off, e.g. due to solar panel malfunction, no sunlight, etc.
2. To ensure a successful 4g connection of the camera, please check your mobile phone carrier’s signal in the area you would like to install the camera by looking at the strength of your mobile phone service. If there is not good mobile service in the area, this camera will not work at optimum level.
3. If your camera worked fine for some time but suddenly started to be offline all the time, you can send us your camera’s Virtual ID (below) and we will adjust the camera to match the optimal cell connection.
