1. Format the HDD: Right click > System Setup > Storage Setup > Reformat.

2. Disconnect the hard drive from the NVR. Once it is disconnected, check whether the problem remains on the NVR. If not, re-connect the hard drive back to the NVR and test again.

3. Replace the power supply unit for the NVR.

4. If the issue remains, it could be the NVR’s fault. Please contact us immediately.
